The KIRK ENVIRONMENTAL In situ Concrete Tank solution offers a fast and efficient alternative to traditional design and construction techniques whilst maintaining all of the strength and design life requirements you would expect from a concrete structure. Our specially designed in-house adjustable formwork system allows for bespoke design requirements to be achieved for tank wall or bases. This well proven and reliable design & construct approach will deliver significant benefits in both capital cost and programme for clients who require a concrete tank solution.

Our approach begins with a ground investigation report analysis and ground preparation recommendations and progress through the detailed design and construction of Tank Bases, Walls and various roof types including our in-house BIODOME® Gas Holder Roof package for Biogas installations. Our fully flexible approach allows for seamless integration of third party equipment which we understand is unique to each process contractor.

Sumps, centre columns, mixer connections, heating pipes, manways and specialist concrete coatings can all be incorporated into our tank design to provide a total solution that meets your individual project requirements.
